Shipping Policy

Orders received will be processed and shipped within a 24 hour period. All orders will be shipped ground service unless otherwise stated or requested. All shipments will require delivery signature. You may choose to add additional insurance on the item(s) ordered at an additional cost.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must choose 2-Day shipping as a minimum, as all orders must be shipped via FedEx Express. Even if you don’t select 2-Day shipping, you will automatically be charged the 2-Day shipping rates when your order is processed.

Note that FedEx 2-Day Delivery to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii can take 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please see

Express Shipping

If you would like your order shipped via 2-Day or Next Day, please make that selection at checkout. Express shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout.   PO box addresses We currently do NOT ship to PO box addresses.

International Shipping

Due to varying international certification and standards, we currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of the United States.

United States Postal Service and APO Shipping

We are unable to ship to APO Addresses at this time.  As a result, we cannot ship to military addresses because our preferred shipper, Federal Express (FedEx), does not offer this service.

Federal Express Claims

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a Federal Express claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Federal Express about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with Federal Express, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

All credit card processing will be processed by Baby Trend Inc . The charge on your statement will appear from Baby Trend Inc. We verify all billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will contact you. Sales tax will be added to the order during the checkout where applicable.

Return policy

We only accept returns for all products purchased in the United States on the website within 30 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or altered in any way. You must contact our customer service number for a RMA number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Return Instructions

A return address label will be issued after you have contacted our customer service department. Once a return is deemed valid or necessary you will be sent a return label. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is damaged, the wrong item was shipped to you, or defective (within 30 days of delivery). Any damages incurred during shipping (within 30 days of delivery)will require you to contact the freight carrier and initiate a claim.  We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).

Missing Items

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact  customer service within 10 days to inform us of the missing item(s). If you contact us after 10 days, you must re-purchase the missing item. All packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
